"Do NOT STAY at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!"

I will never stay at this property or deal with hotels.com again. We inadvertently double-booked rooms that night because of a computer glitch that said “this room is no longer available.” We were going to be unable to get to the hotel. I called immediately and asked for the room to be canceled. I was told no, very rudely by the hotel staff, who criticized me for using a third party. They refused to cancel the reservation. I called Hotels.com and had a great representative but he was also unable to get the property to not charge me. I paid for the travel protection and still have been unable to be refunded the money. I never stayed at the hotel and found this to be most upsetting. We were driving home for the holiday and it was a simple error that could have easily been fixed to the property manager. Do not stay here. They are rude and had no compassion for my dilemma. It would not have hurt them at all to cancel the reservation since I called right away. They made several excuses: they can’t cancel because it’s a third party booking (hotels.com tried to get them to cancel and they refused), it’s past the window to cancel (also untrue), and that my reason wasn’t good enough. So which one was it? I felt that the desk manager lied and just did not want to help. Hotels do not like us using third-party providers and are making things difficult when we do, so this will decrease my use of Hotels.com despite being a loyal customer for years. Why did I pay for travel protection?

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at"

I normally do not write reviews, but this hotel was absolutely horrible. I came down for a music festival with my boyfriend. We wanted to stay at a cheaper hotel that was close to the festival. We got a king room on the first floor. We walk in, ac was not working, and the room smelt like cigarette smoke (we booked non-smoking. It was dirty and was not clean at all. The sheets were not cleaned, there were marks on the sheets. All ports, lamps and table was rusted and for what I believe was gunshot holes in the wall that were patched up. We went up to the front desk to see if there was another room that we could change to. They were so rude and told us no with no explaining. We slept there and it was the worst nights sleep I have ever had. Mattress was terrible. In the morning, we had a family emergency where we had to leave which is unfortunate, we went up to the front desk to see if we could cancel the second nights stay and go see if we could possibly get a refund. The male said no because it was after 11 that we told him we were canceling. I tried to help him understand that I had no control over the situation and the time that I notified him. He started yelling at me getting very aggressive. I just left it at that and walked out. Take it from my experience and never stay at this hotel. It might have good reviews which I don’t even understand how it is possible. Terrible everything!

"Great budget friendly hotel."

Property was safe, comfortable, clean & location was amazing. Great budget hotel with friendly staff. We've stayed here before for another ball tournament in the past.

Checkout is 11am & we stayed until then. We had a ball tournament & we didn't play until 1pm. The cleaning staff kept trying to come in our room to clean while we were still there. We had the lock on so they couldn't come in but we felt rushed. I understand they just want to get fimished with the rooms & get on with their day but we paid for 2 nights & checkout is 11am.

"Excellent"

I accidentally chose this one (I prefer inside access vs outside access to room) by mistake & realized they don’t do breakfast either. (Again, my mistake). We decided to stay because the concierge on duty was SUPER friendly & promised that the rooms are very quiet. While initially disappointed in the beginning, I’m glad we stayed! It at worked out in the end & we had a great breakfast within walking distance.
