Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday : 08:00-12:00, 15:00-20:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Parking must be booked on site. Prices include : accommodations, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mails reading and researches), a TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. We welcome your pet upon presentation of the pet’s passport: €75/ pet/ week or €12/ pet/ day (stays from 1 to 6 nights) or €150/ pet for 14 nights and more. Please note: dogs of category 1 or 2 are not accepted. If you come by train, funicular is offered. Open every day from 7.30am to 9pm and until 11pm on Thursday. Funicular to Arc 1600 then free shuttles to the other sites in the resort of Les Arcs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
