The guest's credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 75 per night applies. In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats related to sexual crime and protecting minors, Sheraton Poznan Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection for minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his/her relationship with the adult with whom he/she is staying in the facility.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
