Descent area, reasonably priced.

That, if you have to check out early, you get no refund or no credit, you just lose that money. Could've been cleaned better behind the toilet floor

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. When booking budget friendly you never know if you are compromising cleanliness, hospitality etc. The Vacation Lodge exceeded our expectations and Ms. Gayle was amazingly helpful upon arrival! Def 10/10 will recommend. Our family suite comfortably fit our family of 6 and was conveniently located near the fire pit (which we enjoyed in the evenings with our family) and near the indoor pool/hottub (my kids espec. appreciated this). We were a floor below the breakfast room, and Mandy did an impeccable job keeping the breakfast fresh, stocked and she was super friendly- greeting everyone she came in contact with. The Vacation Lodge is conveniently located in the "hub" of Pigeon Forge, close to most tourist attractions (go-karts, The Island, Shopping, Restaurants (in fact they are directly next door to Regans Pancake house) and were conveniently located for our trip to Dollywood- it legit took 10 min or less to get anywhere. My family was so impressed that we dubbed The Vacation Lodge "Our PF Spot" and will def be booking for our fall trip! Special thank you to Ms Gayle and Ms Mandy for their hospitality, warm smiles and excellent customer service.
