Loved the facilities Hotel was clean and room was fantastic

No water in room Some staff didn't know how to cater for guests Bar closed early on Friday night and as residents we couldn't get a drink at 11.20pm

"It was ok for a work trip but I wouldn’t come back for a leisure break"

The common areas were lovely and clean

Bedroom not the cleanest , very shabby for 4 star. Bed really uncomfortable , tv not able to watch as kept jumping and blocking out
