"Nice hotel, good restaurant"

Nice hotel, good value, central location in lovely town. Food in restaurant, although an unusual set menu, was very good.

"Half way to south west France"

The reception staff were excellent, providing a cold tray and desert as we arrived after the restaurant closed. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and bedding, nice sized room. safe parking. WiFi didnt work and the 'shower' was a head in the bath with no curtain - so beware if you have a disability problem that may stop you getting into a bath.

"Good palce to stay"

Our room was clean, comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower.I think some rooms are being refurbished so ask for one of these on booking. Bed was very comfortable.Our room was very quiet and although the hotel was full we heard no noise from any other rooms. Very dog friendly.We did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on this. Will certainly stay here again.

"Beautiful hotel in centre of lovely town"

We had a spacious room with a Juliet balcony, clean and comfortable if a little dark (top floor room and lots of wooden beams!). Hotel grounds were beautiful and the pool was a great addition! Plenty of parking. We had dinner in the town rather than the hotel but the in-laws had breakfast there and they said it was super, good choices and very fresh. Beaugency itself is lovely and you can easily work along the Loire river from the hotel.

"Overnight stay, disappointing meal in restaurant"

One right stay on way to Le Mans, booked as had excellent reviews for restaurant. We were very disappointed with poor service, and overlooked steaks. Asked for rare, arrived well done. Booked superior double room, shown to standard twin, eventually allocated double room. Spacious, but no view. Fridge didn't work. Bathroom floor covered in hair.

"Great place to stay. "

Bike friendly. Highly accomadating staff. Good rates. Only complaint was poor wifi connection. Had to re-sign in continuously
