The office attendant was rude ... Tv did not get any cable channels . Room floor dusty ...
Perfect for an overnight stop on a long drive. Very conveniently located, bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Outside smelled like sewage and the inside kinda gross especially the fridge.
The place was disgusting, very dirty. There was gum stuck all over the room and the room had horrible odor of a dead rat.
I arrived at the hotel very early in the am. Dang the doorbell several times to no avail. A man jumps out of his friends car that pulls up and asks if I have a reservation, which I obviously do. He tells his friend to hold on, runs inside, helps me out, and he was very friendly, but why aren’t you working if your working? The room was nice and clean, however most channels on the tv didn’t work, and the bed, well it was a bit like sleeping on a slab of cement. It honestly felt like it could have been a second box spring stacked on the top. The air conditioner was very loud, to the point I turned it off so I could sleep as the rattling was very loud. Even after turning it off, the neighbors was almost as loud, save for the thin wall. Overall, this was a 3 of 10 hotel. Definitely great sacrifice for a great deal regarding comfort.
Booked this stay because it was part of Best western. Soon as I got there the rooms did NOT have air conditioning but a swamp cooler. It was 104° and the room was incredibly hot and sticky and never got cool. The room did not have any trash cans or a phone. Also there were so many bugs outside and every time the door opened there were tons of bugs! I spoke to the manager who apologized and said that the bugs are just part of the “season”. The hotel looked minimally remodeled but seriously was to hot and gross to spend the night. Management was very nice but unless they can better manage the bugs and actually have air conditioning.
No cold air, no cold water, huge cockroaches. Couldn’t sleep because the air would cool down the room. Flies were coming out from behind the walls and crawling under the trim on the floor.
The A.C. takes time to get going but when its on for a while its good. The refrigerator is small. The bed is good size and nice firm. The internet is good to great.
Power went out for 1 day no air conditioning for 2 nights. No hot water and refrigerator didn't work
The tweaked out people up all night next room. Sucked.
