Victoria's Mansion Guest House

The location allowed an easy walk to the metro station, shops and restaurants. They provided clean towels and toiletries throughout the stay. The accommodation felt secure with multiple doors to access the property. The instructions to enter were clear.

Everything was functional and clean but the furniture looked old and worn. The mattress was firm. There was not a lot of space in the room. Would benefit from additional hooks for towels in the bathroom.

I liked the location and having a fridge.

Shower didn't work. Accessories like cutlery plates etc very poor standard. Room very basic, no effort to made to make it look hospitable. .evidence that mice visit the room..no commination or sign of staff anywhere

Clean, comfortable with good amenities ie. fridge, microwave and dishes/cutlery in the room. The location is great. 10 minute walk to the Wellsley subway station. Nice quiet tree lined street and many restaurants in the area.

The air conditioner was not operating at full capacity. Otherwise everything was great.
