Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort, Goa

Hotel is in a good location which I think is the only plus point. Rooms aren’t cleaned everyday and some days had to ask for room to be cleaned. Had to ask a few times during our stay for fresh towels, some days they gave us pool towels to use in the bathroom instead of bath towels as they said they had none left, no hand towels. Take away food items and empty bottles left outside of rooms and not taken away by staff. Hotel was full of Indian tourists who get into the pool with all their clothes on, no shower or swimming attire. Bar not manned and hard work trying to find someone to get a drink for you. Booked with booking.com who advise of free room upgrade using genius points, this is not the case as all rooms are the same, there is no upgrade! Breakfast is not great, not a big choice and flies all over. Hotel caters mainly for Indian tourists and not Europeans. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Location is good. Staff is pleasing. Papri and Abdur were helpful. Spa was good.

Room Full of mosquitoes. Breakfast service was very poor. Restauran was understaffed. Ordered fried eggs which did not arrive even after several reminders. Limited variety.

It is a great resort property and the beach is just few minutes walk. The open resort feel is awesome as the area otherwise is a bit congested on the main road. The staff is excellent and attends to all requests and needs.

i like this place as breakfast was very good , its clean and surrounded with trees .. only bad thing is they dont have good parking options and cabs outside hotel try to rip u off .. so be careful

Beautiful facility and kind/helpful staff. Would absolutely stay there again.

Enjoyed staying here. The rooms are very modern and clean and the location great for Candolim beach.
