Super 8 by Wyndham Cloverdale Wine Country

The front desk staff person was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was ample. Building was secure.

We've stayed at this particular Super8 before and have always found it to be very convenient with courteous staff.

The workers and owners are scam artists. Save your money and go somewhere else

Convenient location, far enough from the freeway, helpful staff, windows can be opened for fresh air, very clean, our room w/single king was spacious & the bathroom was larger than expected. We didn't take advantage of the morning breakfast, so we can't comment on that. The hotel is 2 stories, but there is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue, you'll obviously want a room on the ground floor. We had the 2nd story room above the office & it was beyond noisy because the McDonald's loudspeaker is across the driveway is so loud you hear EVERYTHING, including cars idling & people on their phones while they're waiting. The Chevron station across the street has a steel plate that clangs & clunks loudly every time a car uses the driveway. To avoid those aggravations, get a room at the other end of the hotel (at the Mtn. Mike's end) & have that room face the shopping center parking lot. That's what we're going to do next time.

It’s in a beautiful location north of Sonoma valley.

Unfortunately one side of the king bed had a broken spring and would sag in the middle which made it impossible to sleep on. So my partner and I had to sleep together on one side of the bed.

Convenient location removed from the freeway. Helpful staff, windows open for fresh air. Only 2 stories, but no elevator. VERY clean room & bathroom. We had a single King, so our room was comfortably spacious & the bathroom was larger than expected. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so no comment possible. The downside was that our room was above the office & was beyond noisy because McDonald's is across the driveway & its speaker is so loud you can hear EVERYTHING being blasted (greeting, order, price, instructions, idling motors, conversations) morning, noon, and night. Additionally, the Chevron station across the street has a large loose metal plate in its driveway that gives a LOUD clunk, clunk each time a vehicle uses the driveway. It was so loud we had to run the window AC 24/7 to drown out the outside disturbances- -the AC noise was at least tolerable. The next time we will ask for a room at the opposite end of the hotel (the Mtn. Mike's end) and we will ask that the room face the shopping center's parking lot - - not any street.

The mattress was so old that there were big dips where people have slept and you could feel the coils at the bottom. Had to sleep on it sideways.

Water pressure in shower was great

The mattress was absolutely horrible. Huge dips where people have slept and could feel coils when you sat on the bottom edge. Should have been trashed long ago.
