Been to many quality inns over the years and this one is older. No micro wave oven, breakfast was so so.

I use to love this hotel but now I don't I stayed there last night with my 3yr old son and my 7month old granddaughter everything was good until I went to go check out , the guy at the front desk went to check the room mind u i hsd my son snd infant grndaughter there and it was a non smoking , so when he came bck dwn he asked did I smoke and I said no I don't why he showed me a Pic of a cigarette burn and ashes in the bed sheets , automatically blamed me and told me that I was banned from ever booking or staying at the property ever again..I DIDNT DO IT I DONT EVEN SMOKE im upset and its not right because I honestly didn't do anything and I was banned and blammed for something that I didn't do . and something that I don't do at all why what I booked a non smoking room and smoke in it, infant.Children there make it make sense.And that would have to pay for that.If I did, but I didn't for me to get bad.I don't think that's right.And it's not fair, and I want something done about it.And I want an apology because that was already there.Obviously, I don't know where he found it out or seen it at.But I didn't even put the covers on the way back on the whole bed because my son was in there.My granddaughter was in the other bed, so I don't know, it's just, i'm very upset about it.It's nothing need to be done because I shouldn't have been banned for something I didn't do or wasn't at fault for..

Being banned for a cigarette burn and ashes that he discovered in my non smoking room that I had my children in and I don't smoke period ...in the bed sheets of the room we stayed in the morning manager flst out accussed me of smoking and burning a preexisting cigarette burn and ashes that had apparently already been thee b4 I booked the room I was verbally accused and Banned from ever staying or booking another room at the property and I didn't do it it wasnt me I DONT EVEN SMOKE CIGGS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD CAUSE A HOLE TO GET BURN ON A BED OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT WOULD INVOLVE ASHES ...
