Limpeza, espaço e áreas comuns

Experiência horrível. Fomos em duas famílias, cada uma ficou em um apartamento, 321 e 304 e tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado dos dois apartamentos. O apartamento que peguei (321) o ar condicionado só funcionava da sala, os ar condicionados dos 2 quartos não funcionaram, passamos um calor imenso na primeira noite.. Relatei ainda no primeiro dia o fato mas disseram que não tinha como mudar a gente de apartamento e nem tinha pessoal da manutenção. No segundo dia bem cedo veio um técnico e tentou consertar, mas não resolveu. Como o ar condicionado não voltou a funcionar tivemos que implorar muito para mudar o nosso apartamento na segunda noite. Após muito insistência e idas e vindas na recepção trocaram a gente para o apartamento 404, mas o transtorno de uma primeira noite mal dormida e boa parte do segundo dia não foi superado.
