Easy check in, great room with everything you need. The building and the bathrooms need cleaning for sure and the smell wasn’t great but the room itself was perfect!

Great beds great staff, not enough toolets & showers. These facilities also not physically big enough for normal sized guy, very small.

"Upset and pained "

Rang before booking to make sure I could reserve a lower bunk because of a broken foot. Assured this would be fine. Messaged again after booking just to confirm and arrived to all the lower bunks gone and told there was nothing they could do. Left in lots of pain trying to clamber in/out of top bunk. Not happy.
