Wingate by Wyndham in Warner Robins was dirty and disgusting the bathroom was unsanitary and the floors I will never stay here again

Dirty and nasty unsanitary

Let me just start off by saying this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Mildewed tub, tiles that were loose on floor, dust everywhere mildew on dressers. Lamps were full of dust, the bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we got there went and got cleaning stuff. The air quality was so horrible could hardly breath and relax the moisture from the room felt like the covers were damp. Sheets were dirty had to get clean ones and change them myself. We didn’t even bathe in the room it was just that disgusting we checked out 2 hours early just couldn’t stay there any longer. Told one of the front office clerks about our stay he asked about what room we were in and said he would let the manager know. If you want to be in a clean hotel DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just an overall horrible experience. Michelle the front desk clerk was pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room we were given had not been cleaned at all. Bed had been laid in and bottles on the table. 2nd room they put us in smelled of mold. Other than that, it was just ok. I never complain about things so if I make a complaint, there are valid reasons.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The rooms were very tired and not very clean. There was a pool, but you could not use it till 5:00 p.m. There was nothing on website that indicated that. A manager wasn’t present to even discuss an issue. I felt like at the breakfast bar I was being closely watched by an employee.

The front desk lady was super sweet, and personable.

The rooms smelled musty, the bed was hard, and the bathtub had mildew all around it that I had to go buy clorox cleaner to clean. Also there was a visible water line around the baseboards and black mold was growing at the bottom of the bathroom door where it was warped. I cleaned all of that in the second room because the first room we were given smelled so bad that my nose started running.... they said at the front desk that they had had a lot of rain and that was the justification given. Second room wasn't as bad just needed some cleaning so we stayed and I cleaned.
