The breakfast attendant guy was so sweet and the black lady and guy at the front desk at check-in.

The general manager, Patel was disgustingly rude.

I enjoy the comfort of the room size and fridge and microwave availability. The area was ok and i would stay there again

One day of my stay ants was in my bathroom and there was a odor. I only slept in the room and was gone during the day. They did come and spray, while I waas but the odor was still present. I checked out earlier than needed.

The young man who prepared area for breakfast each morning was totally awesome. He was very friendly and hospitable. He went out of his way to make sure everyone's need were met.

Not sure who Mr. Patel is, however, he was very rude. If he is general Manager or even owner; He is very unprofessional. I would never choose this hotel again and will tell everyone I know to not book accommodations at that location. It is very unfortunate since the location is a great area. There was a large group planning to book there, however, I told them about our experience, and they chose elsewhere. So, Mr. Patel sharpen up on your customer service skills. Money talks and I plan to discourage anyone from booking at your location. I had an unpleasant interaction with him before I even arrived at the property. The air was not consistent throughout the hotel. There were areas that were very musty. Our refrigerator in the room was barely cool. Entire hotel could stand for complete upgrades.

The breakfast was fantastic and we were able to seat our family together. Very pleased with the breakfast arrangements. The TV options were great, plenty of available stations and the remote easy to operate..

There were two issues; one structural and one regarding cleanliness. The shower could not be used by a senior family member because there was no grab bar to assist her...she washed at the sink instead. Regarding the cleanliness;; my family member in the 2nd room made a morning call to me to report her body pressure in the bed brought forth URINE FROM THE WET MARREESS. The bed had been soiled by the previous guest and evidently not addressed. Insted clean linen put over the wetness. I reported the situation to the front desk and was told I would have to speak to the manager. I addressed it again at checkout and was given the manager's business card to call.. I called the manager's number when I returned to Baltimore and was told he will be in on Monday. This situation was a disgusting health hazard and needs to be addressed.

The location was decent and away from everything. Very quiet. Also, the bed was comfy and the room is decorated very nicely.

I specifically asked, before checking in, if the pool was operational. The desk attendant said yes. After checking in and visiting the pool, the water was murky and smelly and according to the water quality results posted on the wall, the water hadn't been checked in over 2 weeks. Also, the hot tub had been filled in with cement and rocks. Furthermore, the breakfast was horrible, there's not much parking, and there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower.
