Room was clean and spacious

Elevator shook. Parking was cramped with 2 semis taking up multiple spaces and a coach bus. Side door to parking lot didn't latch making it a security risk.

"The worst I have ever experienced!"

The woman who checked us in was super friendly.

BED BUGS! My kids literally freaked out saying there were bugs on the them. Sure enough there were multiple bed bugs on their bed. The front desk seemed unbothered. The only option we had was to take two separate rooms, no connecting door and 4 minors.

"Not the most restful nights sleep."

Property was well located. Staff was VERY Nice!

Air conditioner was ridiculously loud and it was either freezing or boiling in the room. Fridge also making a loud humming noise and had to be unplugged to get that to stop.
