Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Very modern. Well laid out. Super comfy beds. Can definitely say we enjoyed our stay. However, the food was a let down. The food was very mediocre, hardly anything vegan, the food quality was not to the standard of the hotel. Service was ok. Bar staff were fantastic but waiters and waitresses werent very good. Would return but the food would had to have been massively improved on. Next time I think we’d eat outside the hotel.

Schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen oft kalt und wenig Auswahl, Essen wiederholt sich, seitlicher Meerblick bedeutet Blick auf Balkon des Nachbarhotel, mit viel Anstrengung ist das Meer zu sehen

Waren als Paar für drei Tage im Hotel. Das ganze Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und Anlage sind sauber. Allerdings etwas ringhörig. Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Sehr touristisch die Umgebung. Aber hat genügend Auto- und Fahrradverleihe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dann findet man gen Süden umwerfende Buchten.

Hotel pas digne d'un 4étoiles ! Contrairement à ce qui est inscrit personne ne parle, ni comprend le français. Chambre donnant sur une rue, extrêmement bruyante... insonorisation nulle ! impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin Machine à café et produits de grignotage mis à disposition, mais aucun dépliant indiquant les tarifs... la capsule de café est facturée à 1euro ! (toujours offerts dans ce type d'établissement en France) Flacon crème douche vide et la femme de chambre m'a informée qu'il ne serait pas renouvelé ! Pas de peignoir ! Hammam payant, peu de transat et les lits au bord de la piscine sont facturés. Petit déjeuner privilégiant la quantité et non la qualité... comme du jambon blanc, mais pas de spécialités espagnoles ... dommage Pas de parking et stationnement très difficile Seuls points positifs : - les réceptionnistes adorables - la propreté de l'établissement - la situation face mer

Wunderschönes Hotel, direkt am Strand, zwei Pools, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist schön das Personal freundlich. Das Buffet ist etwas klein aber ok. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Sky Bar und Pool auf dem Dach hat mir besoders gefallen. Alles im allen zu empfehlen, Kleinigkeiten haben gestört. Z.B ist der Wellnes/Spa Bereich nur gegen Aufpreis zugänglich und zwar 15€ pro Stunde. Das hat mit etwas sauer aufgestoßen. Das Buffet war für Vegetarierer sehr außwahlsarm.

Great hotel in a nice area of Mallorca. The staff was amazing, very attentive. The restaurant offers a nice dinner buffet with choices for everyone. We enjoyed the Sky Bar 😃
