The location and the swimming pool is by the beach. The staff are very nice and helpfull...

Too many stairs. It could be better if there is an elevator or accessible pathway for wheelchair

Location and style of the property Clean old style resort so relaxed and comfortable loved the gardens The best thing though was the staff Highlight was a massage using the voucher given at check in with the sound of the waves to enhance the experience

The location is amazing,and staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel is a little run down and tired looking and could do with some upkeep .Doors get stuck ,lights don't switch off etc.

"Beautiful resort with lots of Bali charm"

Our room was huge and beautifully fitted out. Very comfortable. Massive bathroom. Pool and sunken bar was great. Grounds were stunning with lots of traditional Bali charm.

Breakfasts were disappointing and almost identical each of our 4 day stay.

Location, good breakfast, has veg options, near to restaurants and shack on beach

didn't provide normal soft water in washrooms for bath it was saltwater , one washroom it didn't have faucet and had bad bidet lizards the room is not right Not many charging points Only 500 ml of drinking water is provided per day which is very less
