We love the location, and the staff in this building are superb..

The cost of this particular unit is definitely an overcharge . The Netflix advertised was non existenced, we had to pay for parking, [we paid parking for two days but our key never worked at the parking entrance and had to get a ticket]; whereas the other units we stayed were included. Wifi is also charged, which doesn't make any sense as the TV requires wifi for Netflix, which was part of the package but not offered. The bed could be better and the mattress needs changing. We had to call for a hair dryer, a bath plug, and extra toilet paper. It was infact disappointing. Lastly; certain items on this unit's profile pictures are not present, this studio should be less than a 2 bedroom unit however we paid R2600 more. The agent have the same unit advertised for R3000 among other units . Ut is rather puzzling.

I find it strange that they still charge separately for Internet. In most establishments, Internet comes with the accommodation

have stayed numerous times, but this time i had a terrible experience due to air-con not working... and it couldn't be fixed, so we couldn't sleep, difficulties in reaching host after 5pm (we come back after 6-7pm after working hrs).

Hairdryer not working. Was bombarded with emails and messages - OVERCOMMUNICATING. When trying to pay the parking and breakage fee. They ask for a booking reference. My number doesn't work. seems it had to be my name but it says REFERENCE NUMBER. When leaving on the Sunday I asked the host 3 times if the parking ticket would work. He said yes...guess what when we got to the boom, we were old to pay R60. After I had paid the R75 online which I had to pay to get the room key.
