Roomy, but beds were uncomfortable, should have a king in the main room. Wall unit ac didn't cool bedrooms enough

Very good. Close to the airport,casino and downtown is only 15 mins. Like a small apartment. Beds were comfortable but could use a pillow top.

My favorite place to stay when i come to the Spokane area

Two-bedroom suite should be a 4-person accommodation. We had 3 adults and 1 infant and incurred an extra person charge. Can’t bother anyone after hours or incur emergency fee. Toilet was clogged. Room semi clean. Close to airport for early morning flight.

This place is wonderful.It is great for extended stays.The staff makes you feel at home.There is even room for your pets.There is a complimentary espresso bar,so no need to get Starbucks.I book here every time I visit Airway Heights…………..

The towels need to be bleached to make them not dingy looking. Some basic cleaning and maintenance would go a long ways. Some minimal work would go a long ways.

My mother-in-law, a person with a physical disability, reserved an ADA-accessible room at Stratford Suites in Airway Heights well in advance. The room was confirmed. She depends on accessible features to safely and comfortably navigate her environment. When she arrived on May 23, 2025, the hotel staff failed to inform her that her ADA room had been given away. There was no prior warning, no call, no email, and no apology. Worse, they handed her a key and sent her to a non-ADA room without disclosing that it lacked the accessible features she requires. She only discovered the truth after making the physically taxing walk to the room herself. When she returned to the front desk to ask for assistance, the staff admitted their mistake but did absolutely nothing to fix it. They didn’t offer another room, didn’t help her find alternate accommodations, and showed zero empathy or accountability. This shameful treatment of a disabled guest is not just bad service—it’s a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Complaints have been filed with both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Washington State Human Rights Commission. When this was brought to the General Manager, Steve's attention, he emailed to let me know he "completed an investigation" without bothering to call me or seek any information about the event from the guest's perspective. If you care about your loved ones, especially those with mobility needs, stay far away from Stratford Suites. They have proven they are unfit to serve the public, let alone vulnerable guests who rely on accessibility and dignity.

I like that the suites are in like a duplex setting. The office ladies were super helpful and very understanding. I think I locked myself out twice and they were very understanding and did not have an attitude when I approached them. I love that it was a safe area bc I walked to my daughter’s house everyday which is over a mile away, and I felt very safe. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois so I’m very nervous about going places. But where we stayed to my daughter’s house was a perfect and safe walk! And a grocery store was just down the road so walking to get groceries was super easy. Overall awesome stay! I stayed at Stratford Suites a couple years ago, and when I come back to Washington I will be checking for availability at Stratford Suites first!

Bed were comfy! Close to casino.

Accommodated our early check. We had two dogs with us and they put us in a room that was easy for us and the dogs.
