לקחתי 3 חדרים במלון, עבורי ועבור הצוות שלי למטרת עבודהף השתתפנו בכנס שפ"ע שהתקיים באילת באותו השבוע. השהייה במלון הייתה מועטת, וגם בזמן המועט בו שהיינו במלון - הייתה אכזבה, כך שאין לי יותר מדיי מה לציין מבחינת "אהבתם".

הכל! האוכל - ארוחות לא טעימות, מאוד דלות ועל הגבול הלא לכבד את הלקוח ששילם עבור מלון הכל כלול. החדרים - מטונפים, והייתי עדינה בתיאור, נאלצתי לקנות אקונומיקה ומגבוני ניקיון בכדי שאוכל לנקות החדר ולשטוף את הריצפה שהייתה מלאה בגלגולי אבק וכתמים לא ברורים, שאגב, הוסרו ע"י מגבון לשטיפת רצפות - מה שמוכיח שניקיון על בסיס קבוע ממש לא מתקיים במלון. השירות של העובדים - כפי שציינתי קודם, לקחתי 3 חדרים במלון, עבורי ועבור הצוות שלי למטרת עבודהף השתתפנו בכנס שפ"ע שהתקיים באילת באותו השבוע, עבור 3 החדרים שילמנו מראש באמצעות בוקינג, משום מה לא השתקף תשלום עבור לילה אחד בחדר אחד. קיבלתי שיחת טלפון מפקיד קבלה בשעה 23:00!!!! בלילה, כשאני נמצאת בעיצומו של ערב סיכום הכנס וערב חסות שאני ניהלתי ואירגנתי - ובשיחה הנציג פשוט לא נתן לי לדבר אלא רק ציין שאם לא אשלם עכשיו הוא סוגר חדרים, ביקשתי לשלם אשראי טלפוני מאחר ואני לא יכולה לעזוב את האירוע - הסביר שהתשלום מתקיים פיזית בלבד - הסברתי שאנחנו עדיין שוהים במלון ובבוקר אגיע להסדיר את התשלום עם כרטיס האשראי פיזית. בשעה 01:00 בלילה, חזרו הצוות שלי למלון ופתאום גילו שנעלו להם את החדרים ולא נתנו להם להיכנס לחדר עד להסדרת התשלום (מבהירה - כרטיס האשראי בחדר!!!) במקרה מנהלת החשבונות של החברה הייתה יחד איתם וטיפלה במקרה במקום . ביזיון אחד גדול!!!!! לתת לאנשים להמתין בלובי המלון ולנעול להם את החדרים כאשר מתוך הזמנת 3 חדרים הכל שולם למעט לילה אחד בחדר אחד - שגם פה לא ברור מדוע לא בוצע חיוב ואיך מלכתחילה קיבלנו את החדרים אם לא בוצע תשלום מלא???!?!?!?! למלון ספורט אנחנו כבר לא נחזור יותר ואף לא לרשת ישרוטל לאור ההתנהלות הבזיונית והמביכה. לצד זה, בבוקר שלאחר מכן שוחחה איתי מנהלת השירות של המלון, מקסימה אדיבה ושירותית בהחלט!!! (אם זכרוני אינו מטעה אותי שמה נטע), היא הקשיבה למה שיש לי לומר, קיבלנו כפיצוי 15% הנחה על החדר שכבר שולם!!! נכון לרגע כתיבת מילים אלו - הזיכוי טרם התקבל. אני יותר מאשמח לקבל שיחת טלפון מנציג בכיר ברשת שיסביר לי איך ומתי אני רואה את הזיכוי ומן הסתם לקבל חשבוניות המאשרות את התשלום עבור האירוח ( לאף אחד לא הייתה גישה להנפיק חשבונית, אבל לקחת כסף ב1 בלילה תוך איומים כן) את הביקרות הזאת אני אשלח גם לשירות לקוחות של רשת ישרוטל
