Gutes Frühstück und zentrale Lage.

Zimmer war klein, sehr kleine und enge Toilette. Balkon war schmutzig und nicht ansprechend gestaltet mit Blick auf Klimaentlüftungsgeräte und deren Lärm.

"Brilliant"

The Hotel was ideally situated with a 5 minute walk into the centre. The underground parking was an extra bonus. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

"Disappointing."

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was kept at a comfortable temperature in rather cold and windy weather. The breakfast was good.

The pillows are very old and lumpy and overdue for replacement. The spa is only accessible by a spiral staircase so I had to cancel my facial. As a result they also cancelled my husband’s massage even though I was very clear that only I couldn’t access the spa area. The price they charged for breakfast was higher than on my reservation, when I queried it the response was very rude. The spa bath in the Deluxe room was a very base model that could only be filled to a very shallow depth, the shower only works as hand held, positioned on the track it only sprays at the wall, don’t bother.
