Please note that there is a 0.9% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that same-day bookings cannot be guaranteed for check in at 14:00, however a day pass to the resort facilities can be arranged until your room is ready. Please note the indoor pool and spa area is open from 7:00 until 19:00. Between the hours of 10:00-16:00, children are allowed to access to the area with parental supervision. Outside of these hours the area is for adults only. These rules are subject to change. Please note that the rooms will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Great location, amazing view ,the room had everything you needed for a short and long stay. Friendly and accommodating we were there for a wedding and managed to put all our rooms next to each other.

Check in was a bit of an odd interaction i checked in with one really lovely guy then walking a metre for another lady to tell me different things to do in town was a bit odd but still friendly. Shower leaked a little. Everything else was amazing.

Location

We paid extra to stay at this resort and the room was nothing like advertised. The fridge in room wouldn’t close we had to call maintenance twice. There was no balcony off living room as per pictures infact the view was of a carpark. Which was visited by a gentleman drinks all day sitting on an esky. On our first day 1 mineral pool was closed off on our 2nd day they were all closed and staff were unaware could only say that the hikers must have closed it but no explanation. The gate into parking broke on 2nd day… thankfully ‘the very busy maintenance’ man was in the vicinity to assist us. We were extremely disappointed in what we thought would be a relaxing and well deserved break to help my husbands recovery

I had a great apartment facing North - East with a lovely balcony and view. Location is great, lovely walks at the doorstep and good meals, drinks in the attached country club.

No Netflix or streaming APPs on their TV's. You need to sign in from your device and open the apps through Google Store - make sure you have your passwords! New sign in every 24 hours

The location was great, just across from the bay. Easy walk from hotel to restaurants along the main street.

The shower was over the bath requiring us to step over the bath into the shower. The car parking was very tight to negotiate each floor.
