The room was not only comfortable but impeccably clean. The beautiful gardens added to a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was an ideal spot to relax.We had a wonderful time.

Stayed at the 3 day business workshop at the Hacienda. What an amazing place,.so well preserved and tastefully designed. Great food and the service was amazing. A really relaxing experience. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were very obliging.

The spa and breakfast were amazing!! The hotel is so beautiful, the parking easy and pleasant and the room was very spacious. It was a really nice first stay to see this place, really enjoyed it!

The TV didnt work and I know they said that you could call reception but we just didnt want to bother. The bathroom the hot water took a really long time to come out, we were in the fifth floor, and last room so that might be the reason.

Me dejaron a la intemperie mi auto y todo se llenó de hojas y se briseo tuvieron que lavarlo dos veces en menos de cuatro días tuve q pagar la lavada y ahora tengo que llevarlo a pulir y encerar , la alberca pequeña, en una cena me mandaron la cuenta de una sola cantidad que porque no tenían impresoras y no pude checar el desglose
