Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Os funcionários não são nada simpáticos. O restaurante é péssimo, a comida sem tempero, sem sal, e repetida com frequência. Nos 08 dias que ficamos o café da manhã era praticamente o mesmo. Os quartos eram mal cuidados, tanto que solicitei a troca de quarto e fui atendido. Os quartos tinham muito pernilongo, demais!!!! A academia é minúscula, difere da foto que consta no booking!!! A área kids e de jogos não tem ar condicionado, somente climatizadores, os quais quebraram no terceiro dia da minha estadia e até o dia de ir embora não tinham concertado, apesar de reclamar várias vezes, o calor era demais!!!! Sem dúvidas foi o pior resort que já me hospedei e até fico me questionando se posso chamar esse hotel de resort!!!

Comida péssima, infraestrutura pequena e mal cuidada. funcionários nada simpáticos.

Praia de coroa vermelha

Recreação para adultos e crianças muito apaticas, brinquedos dentro do hotel sempre estragados. Recreação clube de praia não envolve os hóspedes. Carpadapio muito resumido sem variedades, principalmente parte se sobremesass.

Limpeza dos quartos e arredores, excelente quarto, espaçosos.

Local excelente, serviço prestado de alta qualidade. Promoteu tudo que cumpriu no anuncio, Beach club excelente para ir com a familia e serviço de alimentação, bebidas e instalações ótimos. Serviço de recreação excelente e um salão de jogos bom.

O transfer para o beach clube eu achei um pouco desorganizado, é um serviço que é marcado com antecedência e mesmo assim na hora do embarque, caso você não consiga ir no onibus tem que esperar uma Van. Se é um serviço agendado e já se espera uma quantidade minima de pessoas, por que não solicita transporte que atenda a todos?Essa foi a único "transtorno" que tivemos.
