Excellent stay. Would recommend to friends. Polite staff and excellent breakfast

Easy to get to by public transport because it is located opposite the railway station. It is a noisy area, so the windows cannot stay open during the night. Temperature in the room is controlled at the reception, so you have no control over that. It was 26 degrees in our room in December!

We stayed at Palazzo Virgilio so that we were closer to the Brindisi airport. The hotel has a very modern, clean design aesthetic. It's location can't be beat. The hotel is right in front of the Brindisi station and along the main shopping street. We were here in December and the Christmas market was right outside the hotel. The only negative about the hotel was the noise. We were in a second floor room facing the station. We could hear the garbage trucks and buses pass by, the young people hanging out and speaking loudly.

Comfortable and clean , excellent location near station and close to centre of Brindisi. Breakfast was good although catering more for Italian taste with plenty of pastries and cakes however there was plenty of fresh fruit, fresh orange juicer, and scrambled eggs. Some fresh bread or plain croissants would have been good.

Just stayed for one night on way home from holiday but wished we'd stayed longer. Hotel staff and service was fantastic.

We stayed in Brindisi as a waypoint on our way to a conference in the Carovigno area. This is a very well-kept hotel not two blocks from the Brindisi train station. The city itself is quite old and charming, but the hotel design is crisp and modern. All aspects are well thought-out, and we would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Some other thoughts: No air conditioning, but a large window in the room allowed for a pleasant, cooling breeze. The breakfast was fantastic, with some modern touches like an on-demand-orange-squeezing machine. The staff spoke fluent English.

Stayed at the Virgilio one night only due to a diverted flight; it was a nice surprise - great staff, good rooms, good location, good breakfast. Only slight downside is some minor parts needed a little maintenance, but I'm nitpicking, overall it was really good! Definitely one of the best choices in the town.

This May 2015 stay was my third at this hotel. It is well located for sightseeing in Brindisi AND for taking the train to Bari an Lecche; it's about 5 hours to Rome by train, a nice ride as well. The bus to a modern mall (a 15 minute ride) stops across the street. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Wifi is a bit weak in some rooms but there are LAN connections as well. The elevated outdoor patio dining area is great - it provides that "out-door experience" but is comfortably above the street traffic.

The Virgilio was only needed for a one night stay and it fulfilled its function very well. The hotel looks bright and new and the décor is a combination of boutique and business.Very convenient indeed for the rail station and the bus to the airport. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable. No noise. Breakfast varied and of fairly good quality. Hard to beat.
