התלוננו שוב ושוב על רעשים של דפיקות בחדר שנמשכו לאורך כל הלילה, הגיעו לבדוק כמה פעמים, בפועל שום דבר לא נפתר. פנינו לשרות לקוחות ולא חזרו אלינו. באנו ללילה אחד והיה בלתי אפשרי לישון הכל מוקלט והושמע בקבלה בזמן אמת

השירות היה מעולה , בנות בקבלה נותנות שירות יוצא מן הכלל ועונות לכל בקשה וטענה במיוחד יש לציין את רומי ולודמילה נעימות, דואגות ממש נחמדות ומרגישים שהן ממש רוצות לשרת את האורחים ולא סתם להשתיק כמו שעושים בהרבה מקומות תודה מיוחדת לרומי ולודמילה

מכיוון שהמלון ללא חדר אוכל שידאגו שבמכולת של המלון שיהיו מוצרים כל השבוע לא היה במלאי פיצה , נקניקיות , שניצלים וכו , צריך לצאת מהמלון כדי לקנות מצרכים זה מצרכים חשובים בסוג מלון זה
