Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Check in after 6:30 pm need to be informed to the hotel otherwise booking will not be honored. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that Hotel San Francisco Plaza will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. The forms of payment with respect to reservations with more than 3 rooms are handled another type of payment, with 15 days prior to arrival must be paid the total reservation to guarantee it, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
