Terrible

Room smelled like mildew. Can't blame the carpet because there wasn't any. All of the front door staff was nice and professional.

It was clean and quiet

I don’t know whether it was the owners or not, but we had experience drawbacks from getting clean towels and washcloths. They were not as friendly as the girl upfront assuming it was their daughter. We stayed there before and wanted to make it a tradition but this last visit was a little disappointing. This hotel was good for the price and I’m not saying this to discourage anyone for booking but hopefully management would be a little more friendly and someone is staying for more than one night and not asking for cleaning services given them clean wash cloth and towels should not be an issue. We absolutely loved the pancake machine. I would recommend someone to stay here.

The guess next door had kids, dog , were very noisy , hitting against wall,Kids screaming ,kept us up half the night with the noisy

Tub had used bar of soap in it, but the rest of the bathroom appeared to have been cleaned. There ceiling appeared dirty. There was a strong odor of Pine Sol. The beds were comfortable. The pool appeared to have been closed for a long time. Breakfast was fair. Location was good.

They were bugs on the wall and sheets were dirty

Upon booking this hotel on a referral of a friend who works for American Airlines … Me and my family flew in from OKLAHOMA for the Junior OLYMPICS NATIONALS … We booked the hotel from July 22- 26 …We didn’t arrive until 2:30 am on July 23rd due to plane layovers and due to inclement weather in the area… I called ahead and let the staff know we arrive Wed morning at 2:30-3am … FAST FOWARD to Saturday checkout… I asked the staff for a late check out of 3 pm since I arrived a day later and I payed for that day!! Which technically was 3hrs extra .. I paid for a full day Tuesday that didn’t get to use! NO INTEGRITY AT ALL NO CREDIT OR ACCOMMODATION.. JUST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL … THEY CHANGED THERE MINDS ON THE LATE CHECKOUT (NOON) AND FORCED MY FAMILY OUT AT 11:30 AM … AS A MEMBER OF THE MASONIC LODGE #48 AND EMPLOYEE OF GROUP 1 AUTOMOTIVE(FORTUNE 500 COMPANY)I DONT SUGGEST ANY MEMBERS OR KINSHIP SHOULD STAY AT THIS FACILITY OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SPECIFIC ESTABLISHMENT

Property needs maintenance and updates. Doors, ice makers not working. Very limited choices for breakfast.

location is good, near to airport and downtown, outlets. the reception is nice, thoughtful. several restaurants and supermarkets are very near to hotel, by 2-3 minutes walking.

there is always noisy at the night, someone or something made noisy in the corridor. the door of room is not big enough, there is some gap between the bottom of the door and ground, so it doesn't seal. any light and voice can be seen and heard in the room.
