Indoor heated pool was large and good level of temperature Location and scenery of the facility was nice

Room felt unclean Beds were old and uncomfortable and two single beds placed together which created gaps where the bed sunk None of the TVs worked with no help or resolution from staff I had to personally hot spot my own phone and data just to watch TV for the kids Took 3 phone calls to reception to receive a cot during arrival to room despite being told 7 days from arrival it was already organised and in room ready to go Issues with showers in room, hot and cold water services not working correctly Other people's uber or take away meals still in room bins and had not been emptied. Restaurant menu at Shallows had only mainly pizzas and didn't even have nuggets and chips for the kids We had to leave the site to get dinner elsewhere There was no iron only ironboard in room
