Cockroach infestation I purchased this room as a gift for a family member. It was a little disappointing for them as they stayed in a room that had an infestation of cockroaches. The infestation was that bad that they wanted to leave during the night and return home, but felt bad as the room had cost $369 for one night. On checkout when they spoke to reception about the infestation they were told that they should expect cockroaches for this time of year. They were not looking for compensation, they just wanted to let the appropriate people know so action could be taken for the next guests The room definitely needs to be sprayed and perhaps staff could take note of guests comments.

The rock pool is nice and chilled

It’s such a shame from photos the rooms look good but in person doesn’t look like what it does in photos - I got the deluxe king room but look like I was given the king studio. The rock pool is nice & chilled.
