Spacious apartment, food very good,staff friendly,pools maintained,near town ,bars etc

Az ételek finomak, sokból lehet választani, viszont egy 5-6 nap után már nem volt változatos. A szállás nagyon szép, tiszta. A személyzet profi és kedves. A szobában lévő 2 klíma életmentő. 2 naponta takaítanak, új törölközőt és ágyneműt hoznak. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, 10 percre van a strand.

Az erkélyen több csótány is volt. Egy napig nem volt víz. A szobákban a konyhák annyira nem felszereltek, hogy egy kanál vagy villa sincs. 2 pohár van. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz. Illetve a medence vize jéghideg.

Spacious clean apartments with outside terrace. Lovely complex which was well looked after. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ana on reception was really helpful. We decided to stay on an extra night but was having trouble booking and she went over and above to help us which was appreciated. Monica was also very welcoming and friendly. There was an incident at reception with a drunk guest who arrived and was shouting and violent. Monica dealt with the matter very professionally and calmed the situation. The guest was angry because one of the pools were out of use due to a fault and being maintained. This was outwith the staffs control and definitely didn’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect. There has been entertainment every evening since we arrived which has been good. The location of the property is great just a short walk to Fanabe beachfront.

Kitchen was good but wasn’t equipped with anything like cups etc. we did have a kettle but would have been nice to have cups to make a cup of coffee

Запах в ванной комнате канализации, отсутствие вентиляции в ванной, на кухне не было посуды и отключены все электроприборы. Телевизор без смарт тв, только местные каналы и пару новостных ввс. Отсутствие интернета в номере

NO water on first day No hot water on second day Felt sorry for staff !!

The location was great short walk to the beaches. Majority of the staff were friendly, shout out to Jonathan and the male receptionist, they went an extra mile. Although the hotel had music during lunch and after dinner, its was a quiet hotel. We had fully inclusive, was standard meals a variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and selection of desserts and on the tap beer and wine with a featured cocktail of the day, coffee machine, water ans juices. We were fortunate to get our roomed cleaned often, so appreciate that. Being a large building, we were issues a map of the place and the amenities which is great. The shower was good going and shower gel provided and plenty of towels to be used. They did offer paid service for towels for the pool, washing machine and dryer. Had a luggage room and gym (did not use l, so cant review). The hotel had a small gaming room which was great if you had kids as well as an adult was just as great. TV available amd a selection of different international channels. Taxi service available with reception and security available for the evenings and you could come and go as you pleased ( room key needed to get in). Overall was a great stay.

Had a 1 bed apartment, while there was a kettle and stove and supplies for coffee and tea, there was no utensils/cups/plates etc to use. ( not a big deal if you have inclusive). The bed were 2 singles put together and was a little to hard for me, thought the couch was more comfortable. It was a large hotel with many apartments, we got lost finding the room and we did watch many trying to navigate on their arrivals, even though you get a map ( did find the humour in the adventure). We did experience a day with water issues but it was resolved in that day, The wrist bands needed for inclusive, had to take off mine cause it was too tight, once it tightens its hard to get off, this was an issue at the end of the stay even though I did not have it on my arm majority of my stay ( i did have it my bag), and staff knew who was staying at the time (was not busy) there was a day i changed bag, the staff member, who greeted me every morning) was practicing chasing me out the seated area, this could also be a language barrier, should consider another kind of wrist band if possible. Overall we had a great stay.
