Staff were courteous, respectful, and helpful. Offered us new room for same price. Printed our needed documents even they have a broken printer, they sort it out and gave us copy from their manager or supervisor room. Food. Breakfast is okay for the price. Food staffs are accommodating enough and always offer drinks,water or coffee. Staff and supervisor helped us too to open when the safe's combination numbe doesn't work.
