"Exceptional"

Had an issue with booking.com but Anna at the front desk was more than exceptional at fixing the issue. Hotel is outdated. I expected that when I booked. Very clean and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well.

It was very convenient for us to meet for our semi annual girls get together. Booking.com had charged my card for two double bed, queen rooms and when I got there, they didn’t have my reservation at all. The hotel was completely packed because of the Luke Combs concert. The lady told me if we couldn’t find it. She had no other room to offer. So I showed her multiple emails showing that I had paid for two rooms. What kind of rooms they were in for the one night stay. She finally found us in the system and there was one room available with two queen beds and a pullout couch. Since we had all traveled so far already I took it. Booking.com owes me $134 for half of the bill for a room we did not get. I would like to have feedback from Booking.com on this issue. Also, the shears behind the drapes were just shredded like they were dry rotted.

The hotel room was like a mini apartment! The kids loved that!

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. Not much to choose from and no hot foods. Just a waffle maker. The coffee was good though.

The front desk woman when we checked out was super nice! The beds were comfortable and clean.

Could use a little TLC. Hotel was dated. I wouldn't have felt safe to stay if I were by myself as there were some shady people around
