Clean but older motel, good value if your just traveling through. Most likely not a long term place to stay just because there are no extras like a pool or breakfast bar. It was perfect for us as we were just looking for a clean reasonable price place to rest while traveling

The office staff was nice

Our room smelled horribly like bleach. I could not sleep and felt dizzy after a while. There was no office staff after 9, so I did not have anyone to assist any accommodations.

Clean rooms, with a mini fridge microwave and stove top with plates, pans, and cutlery provided. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Location is awesome, near lots of different dining options. It is also about a 15-20 minute drive to Ray Johnson field at Kennewick High School. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Overall, a great value for the price!

The outdoor stairs were rusty and concerned me at first, but were very sturdy.
