Clean

Did not have the room when we got there. They overbooked. But my card was already charged for the room I was supposed to have reserved. Put us in a room with sofa bed. Not comfortable.

I liked that they let me stay to 12.It was clean,the tv actually worked,and one of the houseman were hospitable.They did let me change my room.

I didn't like that it took forever to get a real response,about my request. I didn't like the attitude about my requests. I didn't like the setup of the room and that the lotion bottle was empty.didn't like walking in and having two big men staring me down at the door. One ,I guess was a manager did speak,but the other one just kept staring,like I stole something. I guess, the response about the reason,was that ,"he gay". I did like that I was given late check out,but still had a housekeeper,knock on my door,to ask if I was leaving today.

"Great Stay in Norfolk"

Room size was exceptional! Loved the wet bar, fridge and microwave. The TV was huge and had streaming options. Loved having 24-hour coffee options in the lobby. Staff was very accommodating.
