The hair dryer did not work, doors to all rooms slammed shut making very loud noises. Breakfast countertops not kept clean.

The renovated floors look great, brand new. However, during my reservation nowhere was it mentioned the hotel was still under construction. I was surprised to walk into a construction site in the lobby. While understandable, this should be mentioned while making reservations along with a deeply discounted rate for the inconvenience.
