Malheureusement, je n’ai rien à signaler de positif, car je n’ai pas pu être accueilli malgré ma réservation confirmée.

À mon arrivée tardive, après un long voyage fatigant, l’hôtel a refusé de m’accueillir en indiquant qu’il était complet, alors que ma réservation était confirmée. Cette situation est totalement inacceptable, surtout à une heure tardive où il est difficile de trouver une alternative. Aucune solution sérieuse ne m’a été proposée. Expérience très décevante et manque évident de professionnalisme.
