U Splash Resort Eilat

הגענו בשעה 16:00 מהצפון הרחוק מאוד רעבים ולא היה איפה לאכול, גם לא בתשלום. היינו צריכים לחכות עד 18:30 לארוחת ערב. הציעו לי בקבלה שירות מיוחד לתינוקת שכולל סטרליזטור ומחמם בקבוקים, אמרו לי שישלחו לי לחדר אך לא קיבלתי אותם. מעט הפריע לי עיניין הסדר, בכניסה לחדר שלנו היו המון חפצים כמו לול, מיבשת שיער, דפני, זה קצת לא נעים ונותן הרגשה של מחסן.

We stayed at U Splash Eilat for just one day, and overall it was a great experience. The food was outstanding - truly above all expectations. There was a huge variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. In the evening, there was entertainment, and the animation team did a great job creating a fun atmosphere. There is also a kids’ room, excellent pools (including heated ones), and a hot jacuzzi, which we really enjoyed. We were informed at the time of booking that the water park was closed due to security regulations during the war in Israel, as instructed by the Home Front Command. Although we were initially a bit disappointed, the staff - especially Albina - treated us with great understanding and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In the end, since the weather in early April was quite cool, we realized that the water park wasn’t really necessary, and the indoor water area turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The outdoor pool was open as well. The rooms were very clean and beautifully maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel - it’s an excellent place to stay!
