en general quisimos hacer un cambio de fecha de llegada fue imposible tanto del lado de booking como del lado del hotel es un juego de pin pong nos cobraron la tarifa completa la liempieza de los cuartos es deficiente solo las camas la hacen bien todo el resto es muy deficiente anuncian un bufette que empieza a la 7:00 am y a esa hora estan apanas abriendo el comedor y empezando a ordenar el lugar

מלון מהמם שקט ורגוע לא עמוס בכלל צוות מקסים ! פינקו אותנו מאוד חדרים נקיים ומשופצים ! תמורה שווה למחיר! בהחלט נשוב

אין ספא זמין והמרפסות משותפות עם החדר הצמוד קצת מבאס אבל לא משהו קריטי כי ניתן לנעול את המרפסת מבפנים
