Tout était parfait, seulement le café le matin était un peu long à venir… une machine à café en Italie aurait été un peu plus pratique.

Úžasný personál - nic nebyl problém a cokoli jsme si přáli nám zajistili nebo připravili s úsměvem na tváři. Naprosto jedinečné místo s úžasnými výhledy.

The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, although the service was a bit hit and miss. There were some great staff. The hotel was spotless and house keeping was excellent. Location unbeatable.

When enquiring about the restaurants available at the hotel the staff constantly pushed the Michelin star restaurant, while holding back there were two other less expensive alternatives. The food in general was below average but very expensive. Very poor value for money. The service was also disappointing. It started off ok, but quickly tailed off. When trying to feedback to the management of the restaurant about our dissatisfaction they were reluctant to acknowledge the feedback. The food and value for money was the biggest let down. The drinks were also extortionate.

Therasia is the most beautiful hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and it was the perfect stay for our honeymoon. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff considerations about us as guests were excellent. Fantastic location and views. Great breakfast and lunch.

New staff that were on the job training in the dining restaurant. This was however well noticed by the hotel mgmt and handled in a very professional manner. Personally I think that the mediterranean restaurant could have a more traditional meny. There are already two Michelin restaurants on the site and no need to create a third one. It is always fun to go visit a Michelin restaurant every now and then, but to have a more basic alternative from the Italian kitchen for dinner would be great. Of course still with excellent food. Adding something from the very generous wine list and everybody will be happy. :)
