We paid 189 dollars for a room and it's pretty crappy that we had to pay for breakfast , should of been included with our stay

Waited over 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to check us in. Hand soap bottle was empty do we had no soap to wash hands. Room could have been cleaner. Dust in furniture and table needed wiped down.

I have stayed at this project before and had a great overall experience. I was disappointed to see roaches in my bathroom.
Our stay was okay. Our room key didn’t work. Went to service desk multiple times to get it reactivated every time we entered the room. The air conditioner was soooo loud I couldn’t sleep. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very nice.

USI did like the staff at check in, however, I was disappointed that the room appeared to be outdated. After paying $164.00 for one night, I felt that the interior of the room should've been more modern. It was clean so that was a plus, however I will probably not use this hotel again.
I didn't like the outdated furniture in the room. The bed was comfortable, just like all Holiday Inns are, but the old furniture was not pleasant.
