Didn't have the breakfast, arrived during the middle of the night and left after that was already over

The blanket was like paper and was as thin as the sheet it was covering, leaving ZERO comfort. It was that bad, and all the outlets were half covered, or were blocked by something

Service was absolutely horrible! I arrived late at night with a nonrefundable reservation, but I could not get anyone to come to the front desk to check me in. I called the phone number 4 times during the 20 minutes I waited. The first time no one answered. The second time a guy answered. I'd woken him up. He said he'd be there in a second. I waited for at least 7 minutes and then called again. Same guy answered and said he'd be there in a few minutes. Five minutes later no one had shown up, so I called again. This time my call wasn't accepted. By the point, I gave up and went a few blocks to the Best Western (a much nicer hotel with someone at the front desk!).
