La atención del personal increible, la pileta muy buena y el bar tambien muy bien

Habia remodelación y mucho ruido, quise reservar nuevamente para esta semana y el precio subio mas de 3 veces

"We would have left if it weren't for Giovanny"

The dinner and breakfast were very good. Giovanny was a godsend. We almost left the property given the poor service and the room downgrade but he turned it all around. He made sure we were taken care of with meals and wine despite how busy they were with it being Valentines Day.

I booked this hotel because it said it had air conditioning however, not all rooms have it and we were given one without it. We were facing the pool and restaurant and because it was Valentines Day, it was very loud until late in the evening and we had to keep the window open because of the heat so that made sleep difficult.

Al momento de ingresar se encontraban trabajando en reparaciones, lo cual el ruido era bastante y no dejaba descansar. Se siguiera tener aire acondicionado ya que en tiempo de verano Calama es muy caluroso y lo requiere, además en un lado de closet habia una parte sim tapa y con los cables a la vista, lo cual me parece peligrosisimo
