Was offered a refund for a cancelled trip through expedia. Expedia reached out and manager offered to wave fee - I still have proof in my email. It has now been almost two weeks and still just a bunch of back and forth and no refund. Lack of this being rectified in a timely manner is the main reason I will not return. Do not offer to wave fee and refund - if you are not provided to do it. Horrible customer service on management part.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was very comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was very easy and convenient. The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from.

Close to hospital for a procedure. Late check in and early check out but a nice room. A bit outdated but comfortable
