Orchard Garden Hotel

The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. It was reasonably priced with a great location. It is very near to Union Square where both Neiman Marcus and Macy's are located.

The water station on the 7th floor was out of order.

The hotel has a good location, close to Chinatown, clean, spacious room and I got a good rate as I booked months in advance. I booked a two night stay over the Memorial Day weekend and service is friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and it is a green hotel, so uses a key card to turn on the lights, has recycling in the room. There is a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker but no microwave. I ate out the first night at a nearby ramen restaurant which is only about 1 and 1/2 blocks away. The second night I ordered DoorDash as I was tired from walking all day and ordered from a local Japanese restaurant. I checked out the rooftop garden at night and in the morning, it is spacious but the two days I was here it was cold and cloudy so I couldn't sit down and enjoy it. i didn't try the fitness room as it is very basic, and has towels, water filling station and some machines and not many props. I didn't have time during my stay to workout but if I wanted to, there isn't much in terms of props like weights as the room is pretty small. I didn't try the breakfast here as I brought my own food for breakfast as prices are higher than normal. All in all I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have explored more of the area. I chose this location as the area is a good location and a green hotel.

The gym was very basic, fine if you just want a treadmill

Ruime, lichte kamer met koelkast, goede verzorging van de kamer en lokatie. Het hotel was rustig en veilig. Een paar supermarkten in de straat. Veel op loopafstand te ontdekken.

Ontbijten was prijzig wel uitstekend. Het uitzicht vanuit mijn hotelkamer. De tuinterras had nauwelijks bloemen en planten. Geen bar maar er waren voldoende zelfs in dezelfde straat te vinden.

Heerlijke lichte en ruime kamer met uitstekende bedden op een prima plek in de stad

Beautifully located in the city center, this is a very clean and new hotel. It is convenient to have a free cold-water dispenser available.

As for breakfast, the café located within the restaurant is unjustifiably expensive; it is much simpler to have breakfast at any of the many places situated right near the hotel.
