perfect location close to transport links and attractions close to a great shopping centre. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, such a beautiful selection of hot and cold foods, pastries breads and drinks. The bed in the room was so very comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were lovely.

The room was very small and difficult to manoeuvre, ducking to get past the tv, plugging kettle in on the floor, as cable didn't reach under the table/desk. Hairdryer had to be used from the floor too as the only location of the mirror was opposite to the bathroom door. Bathroom floor was very slippy after using the shower ( wet room) . The main issue was the noise. We overlooked the tram lines and a busy junction it was VERY noisy from very early to very late, Although with the Windows closed did mute out , but for the noise sensitive, requesting a room on the rear of opposite side would be best.
