"decent hotel bad service"

The hotel was nice. Not the cleanest but not horrible. The lady, Felicity, who checked us in was really rude and hateful which made the whole thing worse.

"This was terrible."

The bed was very hard not even my 2 year old grandson couldnt get comfortable, bath tub had black stricks in it, the ac wouldnt get cold and made lots of noise, and pool was closed. The website said nothing about the pool being closed. It said something about the food, but nothing about the pool.

Upon arrival they stated I did not have a reservation that the payment had not gone through. I had a receipt of confirmation in my phone emails which I showed them. Expedia confirmed it and also my American express person. They still gave me a very hard time when trying to contact expedia it is very difficult to get a live person. Super 8 did not want to let me stay unless I paid again or told me to go somewhere else. Expedia policy was no reimbursement after arguing for over an hour and calling the police expedia finally resolved it with the HOTEL When we finally got into the room the sheets had spots of dry BLOOD. totally disgusting. Worst experience ever with Expedia and the HOTEL.

Manager is shady. We reserved our room, confirming our reservation by submitting a credit card number. The day we are arriving, I get an extremely rude call from the manager saying if I don't re-give him a valid credit card, he'd cancel our reservation. When I tried to ask questions, he got all huffy and told me I could always go elsewhere. I would have if we weren't moving our son into college, and most rooms were booked. Stay away from the Super 8!!
