Town & Country Inn and Suites

I didn’t like how the front desk clerk yelled at the soccer team to quiet down but later that same night didn’t say anything to the group of people who were sitting in the lobby talking and joking around.

I loved the spacious rooms. The hot tub in the pool area was small but it was hot enough to relax in.

I was expecting a better breakfast. Besides making my own waffle, there wasn’t much to choose from besides biscuits and gravy for hot food items. I was hoping for eggs and sausage, etc. The people at the front desk weren’t that pleasant. Not very friendly at all, just blah! I didn’t feel welcomed there at all.

Place was very clean, and staff friendly. Definitely time to upgrade the pillows though. They were very flat and hard

The first room had someone's personal belongings in draw. It also had a bad smell. Freindly staff helped out immediately and changed the room.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Good selection of food in continental breakfast.

Great stay!

It is generally a nice looking property with a pretty staircase inside past the lobby area. Different for this type of hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious. My only complaint is the bathroom, though overall clean, had some wear and tear and not kept up as much as I would have expected. The back of the door was dirty with fingerprints and dust. It looked like there may have been water damage along the bottom of the walls next to the tile. I don’t know if this is true for all the rooms or just the one we were in.
