"Clean motel, great price and nice staff. and the windows open!"

No breakfast but a large room with clean sheets and bathroom and comfortable beds. And I love being able to open a window and park right outside my room. And the price is right!

I never had breakfast, and the grounds were as expected. There seems to be little to no insulation in the flooring as for heat or noise abatement. That was my biggest complaint. The bathroom floor was very cold and noise from people walking or kids jumping off beds was carried to a great extent. Otherwise, it was fine, and very clean and well maintained.
